I-S Manufacturing is the sister company of Innovaré Systems Ltd and is the result of a £2 million investment by its parent company, Osborne. Our experience and established position in SIPs manufacturing is a result of continued investment in our operations. We work closely with our customers and Technical Partners and as the SIPs manufacturing arm of Innovaré, are a founding member of the UK SIPS Association.

An advanced production line set-up at our 33,000 sq ft bespoke SIPs manufacturing facility in Coventry guarantees the performance of each product. Ongoing quality testing and third party accreditation of our SIPs manufacturing line forms an integral element of the I-S Manufacturing set-up and we already hold BBA approval for our i-SIP structural insulated panel.

As part of our sustainable mandate, the I-S Manufacturing facility is designed to reduce environmental impact. All offices within the factory have been built using panels, floor cassettes and both load-bearing and non load-bearing internal partitions manufactured on-site using our SIPs manufacturing line. We ensure that where possible, any waste material is either recycled or re-used in the SIPs manufacturing production process.

I-S Manufacturing adheres to a strict health and safety management system to protect our people in their place of work, with dedicated resource devoted to ensure this process remains enforced.
